HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE MY ART OR ITEMS TO SHIP?
Custom made items take 7 business days for completion before shipping. All non custom made items ship within 2 business days.
WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME FOR COMMISSION PIECES?
Turnaround tim,e for commission pieces will vary based on the project itself. Time will be disclosed once project is discussed and confirmed.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ART OR ITEMS?
All sales are final. All items are handmade and custom made to order.
REFUNDS?
In the event of damage during shipping, a partial refund may be issued.
RETURNS?
